You can exchange your order before shipping, however, a 3% restocking fee will be applied to cover transaction fees from credit card companies and platforms. Please send us a message HERE.
Returns:
Unopened Products: Customers have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a return for unopened items. A 20% restocking fee, based on the original order price, will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded.
Processing Refunds: Upon receiving the returned unopened items, we will promptly process refunds for 80% of the product price. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from the date we receive the returned items.
Opened Products: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened. To maintain the quality and safety of our products, we can only process returns for unopened items.
- Damaged Products: We do not accept returns for damaged products. While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, P-Rex Hobby cannot be held liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we will assist in contacting the shipment carrier promptly to file a claim. It's important to preserve all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence during this process.
