Sale Items,Pre-orders and backorders can’t be canceled once placed.

Shipping Orders that do not have a tracking number can be canceled:

• 🇨🇦 For Canada customers,refunds are issued as store credit, or to the original payment method with a 3% fee applies to cover payment processing costs.

• 🇺🇸 For U.S. customers, refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method with a 6% fee applies for processing and currency exchange costs.
