Processing Time

  • The majority of in-stock orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Delivery takes between 3-7 business days after that.
  • We recommend separating the orders for in-stock and pre-order items, allowing us to process them independently. If not separated, we will delay shipping until the pre-order products are in stock.
  • Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, there might be minor delays, but rest assured, we are committed to delivering your items as swiftly as possible.

Shipping for Canada

  • Flat Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $20 CAD is charged for orders from Quebec and Ontario, while a $15 CAD fee applies to orders from other regions, excluding remote areas.
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $300 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping for the United States

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates to the United States are determined based on package size, weight, and destination. The available options include:
    • UPS-Ground: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • UPS-Standard: Delivery within approximately 6 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $300 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Exclusion for Remote Regions

Flat Shipping Fee and Free shipping does not apply to remote regions. Shipping costs to these areas will be calculated separately. Remote regions include (but are not limited to):

  • Canada: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island.
  • United States: Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Carriers Shipping

We provide shipping rates from carriers, with costs determined based on the package size and your location.

Local Delivery

  • For the Greater Vancouver Area, we offer free local delivery on orders of $100 CAD or more.
  • For orders below $100 CAD, a delivery fee of $10 CAD applies. Simply select the "Local Delivery" option during checkout.

Damages and Lost Items

Shipping Responsibility: While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, P-Rex Hobby cannot be held liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we will assist in contacting the shipment carrier promptly to file a claim. It's important to preserve all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence during this process.

  1. How Long Does It Take to Process an Order at P-Rex Hobby?
    At P-Rex Hobby, we aim to process most orders within 1-2 business days. Orders involving products located in our warehouse, as opposed to those readily available in our store, may require 3 to 5 business days to process. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe.

  2. Are There Any Additional Shipping Fees for Oversized Items?
    Yes, oversized items may incur additional shipping fees. These fees are detailed in the product description to provide full transparency to our customers.

  3. Do You Offer International Shipping?
    Yes, we now offer shipping to the United States in addition to our domestic service. Shipping charges will apply and will be clearly outlined during checkout.
